If you prefer, you may also choose to “specialize” in a certain area like Tax, Treasury, Accounting or Internal Controls. This enables you to become a “subject matter” authority for the Company. We want to help build the career path that is right for you.

At P&G we are invested in your success. Nearly all P&G Senior Leaders started at entry level. Our “promote from within” approach requires us to do more. As a P&G intern you are considered a “temporary employee,” and your internship will have an official starting an ending date. Our internship program is our primary opportunity to hire top talent for eventual full-time employment.
