This position is responsible to act as the point of contact with Health Care Professionals for Speakers in Continuous Medical Education events and contracts for internal events.

Main responsibilities for this role:

·  Contract Management: Elaboration of contracts with Health Care Professionals and 3rd party suppliers according to the templates approved by Legal and Compliance.
·  Request new record of suppliers: Collect the information from the supplier and follow up with purchase department to have on time a new supplier in the database.
·  Scholarship granted to scientist: Management of contracts with Health Care Professionals in order to process sponsoring requested for training according to compliance rules.
·  Payment to Health Care Professionals: Make weekly follow up of process payment that provides unbranded materials to Merck. Avoid delay in payments. Request the invoice and forward to payment area.
·  Prepare purchase requisitions: Get quotations from procurement department, follow up of the process, and request all the requirements of the different areas to provide on time the service or product.
·  Presentation elaboration: Prepare the presentations, select the appropriate information and organize them in a concise way.
·  Local data organization: consolidate the information requested by global and ensure that the timeline for the solicitations is being followed.
·  Control of all information regarding interaction according to the Compliance Corporate tools (Sharepoint).

·  Bachelor degree in Administration or similar
·  At least 3 years of experience working in administrative areas
