What does the work look like?
Our Product Supply group is responsible for the manufacture and delivery of all our products. It's the bread and butter of what makes P&G such a great company to work for. From the first day on the job, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with our R&D and Manufacturing groups.
Our roles for Electrical and Automation Engineers are quite varied and offer plenty of opportunities to learn new things. They include:
Electrical power distribution and safety
Automation and robots
Liquid processing control and monitoring
Building systems supervision
Enterprise software and database design and support
Information and control network design and support
What kinds of projects will you support?
Our engineers design a wide range of manufacturing systems. These range for liquid processing systems where you will work with batch control systems, instrumentation and data collection to filling and converting operations where you will work with servo motors, high speed unit processing and PLCs. Your projects will include design and installation of new equipment, selection of equipment to best fit the business need, and will take the work all the way through startup. In your very first year you can see your designs producing consumer goods for the market.

Qualifications
Working towards a BS or MS in Electrical or Automation degrees are preferred.
Other BS/MS Aeronautical, Computer, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degrees may be considered.
Engineering modeling and simulation skills are desirable.
Strong skills in leadership and communication.
Good command of English is essential
Willingness to travel and potential relocate internationally, on a temporary basis, is a plus.
