Do you want a unique opportunity that allows you to build something from start to finish? This position is a fixed-term position of 1 year working on the Transition and Startup of a new Singapore Distribution Center for P&G Singapore's selling market operations. Through this experience, you will get a comprehensive understanding of the various dimensions of P&G's supply chain and distribution operations!

Your Team

You will report to a Product Supply Senior Director, and work in a multi-functional team on a project-basis.

Responsibilities

•In charge of end-to-end project management from transition to start-up of a new Singapore Distribution Centre.

•Responsible for managing a team of Product Supply Managers and Specialists to deliver the transition on time

•Ensure zero business disruption upon start up and 100% startup on time

•Relentlessly drive operational excellence across work processes.

•Build process capability and define standards and policies

•Work with internal P&G partners and manage vendor partners to develop and execute commercial and technical agreements that will best meet our business needs

Qualifications

•Proven experience in leading transition of distribution centres

•Global Start Up Management Certified Training

•7 years of Warehouse and Distribution Centre experience

•7 years of Project Management Experience

•Minimum 2 years of people management experience

•Superior communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders

•Proven industry knowledge of FMCG supply chain logistics workflows
