Are you a passionate and creative hands-on Graphic Designer with an eye for aesthetics? Are you keen to leave your fingerprint in each project you handle? Then this is the place for you! We are seeking a person like you to expand our newly created P&G - INHOUSE design organization for the HOME CARE business, by bringing to life the visual language and execution across the product portfolio of well-known brands such as JOY, FEBREZE and AMBIPUR.

Your Team

You will report to the APAC Home Care design leader and be fully dedicated to the creative process.

What success Looks like

You will bring design strategy all the way to execution, translating business and consumers needs into effective design ideas and packaging. You are a hands-on and meticulous designer with exceptional creativity skills. As you work across the region, you will need strong communication skills to build relationships with the local market counterparts.

You will be a key member of the design function, resourcefulness and having a strong passion to always elevate the standards of design.

Job Responsibilities

·  Brainstorming and ideation of product packaging designs stemming from deep consumer understanding
·  Prototyping packaging designs and seeking inputs from the multi-functional team
·  Accountable for driving executional excellence in packaging and key visuals
·  Lead the package concepts adaptation across markets
Qualifications

·  Great creativity and superior sketching skills to express ideas.
·  Mastery on visuals compositions and photoshop is a must have
·  Mastery on how to use and enhance Typography usage
·  Design thinking advocate
·  High capacity to handle workload, pressure and tight deadlines.
·  Pioneer-mindset and curiosity with the end-goal in mind.
·  Strong collaboration & ability to influence

Preferred Coursework / Experience

·  Design degree from an accredited college or University
·  3 years’ design experience and/or experience within creative agencies
·  Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
·  Understanding on print feasibility and color management would be nice to have.
·  Photography experience will be a plus!
