Procter & Gamble has an organization located in Cincinnati, OH fully dedicated to managing the P&G US Customer Service Business. The organization, known internally to P&G as US Customer Service Operations, focuses on internal and external service, cost savings, and stewardship. The Customer Service Logistics Analyst role executes strategies in partnership with customer teams to provide excellent customer service. For this position, our ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize communication and interpersonal skills when working internally with team members and externally with the customer. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and manage a high-volume workload. We are looking for a problem-solver, who can identify process improvements, analyze data and learn new skills when taking on new responsibilities.

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:

·  Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
·  SAP experience is helpful
·  Data analytics, analysis and interpretation
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills to be effective in building strong relationships
·  Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well within a diverse team environment
·  Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, interpersonal and leadership skills

·  Make clear systematic changes based on a connection to the customers operating strategy

·  Set priorities and work independently with your own motivation, initiative and follow through
·  Prior experience with customer service, order management, transportation and data analysis are preferred
