Youwill apply computational toxicology expertise and provide human safety supportfor current business, upstream technologies, and research; concentrating on howsafety assurance can be provided for the general use of consumer products. Youwill need to understand and utilize current toxicological evaluation andproduct stewardship approaches to ensure that products are acceptable for theirintended use and meet regulatory requirements. You will evolve in a technicallyexciting and globally diverse business environment.
With us you will:
Workwith the Corporate and Sector Human Safety organizations to support safetyassessment work and research projects. This will include workingcollaboratively on the use, development, and application of computational toolsand methodologies, including the implementation of computational modelling intoour work streams. This work will include the application of big data and machinelearning.
Utilize computational toxicology expertise to provide regulatorytoxicology support for global chemical compliance programs (e.g., REACH, etc.).
Communicate complexcomputational approaches and methodology to non-computational scientists andother partners.
Develop collaborative working relationships with toxicologycolleagues and product development teams across the globe.
Maintainappropriate collaboration with related functions in the areas of Data Science,Modelling and Simulations, Regulatory Affairs, and External Relations.

Apply if you have:
PhD in a Toxicology, Computational Toxicology, Computational Chemistry, orPharmacology, with strong computational and chemistry background.
Background indeveloping and applying computational approaches, as well as experience usingbig data, systems biology modelling, and machine learning is essential.
Ability to applybasic scientific skills in a fast-paced business environment, as well as theability and capacity to learn contemporary risk assessment processes andrelated disciplines critical to providing assurance of safety for consumerproducts.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills withthe ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
