In unseren Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentren in Schwalbach am Taunus und Kronberg im Taunus bieten wir hochwertige Ausbildungsprogramme und duale Studiengänge an. Schon während der Ausbildung in den verschiedenen Bereichen unseres Unternehmens ist es schnell möglich eigene Projekte selbständig zu bearbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Das Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in) bietet Dir eine übergreifende Ausbildung in vielen Laborbereichen, wie Chromatographie, Spektroskopie und Synthese-Technologie. Diese Inhalte werden mit einem hohen Praxisbezug vermittelt.
Die Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in beginnt jeweils zum 1. September und startet mit einer Grundausbildung beim Ausbildungsdienstleiter Provadis, dem führenden Entwickler für Ausbildungen im Chemiebereich. In den darauffolgenden Praxiseinsätzen wirst Du in vielen Bereichen in unserem Unternehmen eingesetzt werden. Du wirst an interessanten Projekten mitarbeiten und unsere Forscher und Entwickler bei Ihren Arbeiten und Projekten unterstützen.

Während Deiner Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in wirst Du Verantwortung für das Arbeiten mit unseren neusten Technologien und unsere neuen Produkte übernehmen. Während der Ausbildung wirst Du unsere eine umfassende Grundausbildung in allen Labortechnologien bei uns durchlaufen. Mit dem weiteren Fortschritt wirst Du immer mehr lernen, Aufgaben im internationalen Umfeld in Laboren zu bearbeiten und mehr Verantwortung für eigene Projekte zu übernehmen. Bei uns wirst Du auch lernen wie Billion-Dollar-Brands produziert werden

Während Deiner Ausbildung kannst Du beispielsweise Aufgaben und Projekte in folgenden Bereichen übernehmen:
·  Forschung- und Entwicklung im Bereich Baby & Beauty Care
·  Chemie- und Physiklabore
·  Produktion
Die Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in ist in allen Praxisbereichen sehr praxisbezogenen. Daher ist es leicht direkt nach der Ausbildung eine Karriere bei Procter & Gamble zu starten.
Die Eckpfeiler der Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in:
·  Zertifizierte IHK-Ausbildung (Industrie- und Handelskammer)
·  Ausbildungsdauer 3 Jahre, bei guten Leistungen kann umein ½ verkürzt werden
·  Gestreckte Prüfung (40% der Prüfung nach 1 ½ Jahren, 60% zum Ende der Ausbildung)
·  Besuch der Berufsschule in Frankfurt (Paul-Ehrlich-Schule)
·  Umfassende Grundausbildung bei Provadis in Frankfurt
·  Jede Menge praktische Erfahrungen während der Ausbildung
·  IHK-Abschluss als Chemielaborant/in
Qualifikationen

Unsere Erwartungen- was Du mitbringen solltest:

·  Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit und Führungsqualitäten
·  Interesse Verantwortung für den eigenen Arbeitsbereich zu übernehmen
·  Ein erfolgreiches Abitur, Fachabitur oder einen ähnlichen Hochschulzugang (Muss bei Bewerbung noch nicht abgeschlossen sein)
·  Schulleistungen mit guten Ergebnisse in MINT-Fächern
·  Interesse in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten und Englisch zu sprechen.
