F&E Global Devices - Electronics bedient Braun, Gillette, Oral-B und andere Geschäftsbereiche mit elektronischen Lösungen. Die Elektronik spielt eine wichtige Rolle in den Innovationsplänen der elektromechanischen Geräte von P&G, wie Rasierer, Epilierer, elektrische Zahnbürsten usw.
Viele der Funktionen (Konnektivität, Smartness) werden meist durch hoch entwickelte elektronische Module ermöglicht. Eine wichtige Komponente ist die Batterie als Energiequelle.
Es müssen mehrere Aspekte hinsichtlich Leistung, Lebensdauer und Sicherheit berücksichtigt werden.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Als Batterie-Experte* für unsere Global Devices sind Sie für die Entwicklung und das Management unserer Produkte verantwortlich:

- Anwendungsspezifische Charakterisierung von Lithium-Ionen-Zellen
- Auswahl und Definition von Prüfverfahren für Lithium-Ionen-Zellen und Li-Ionen-Batteriemodule
- Analyse von Testergebnissen, Auswertung und Präsentation der Testergebnisse und Auswahl der Zellchemie nach den Anforderungen des Geräts
- Koordination der Aktivitäten externer Testinstitute
- Entwicklung neuer Methoden zur Vorhersage des Langzeitverhaltens von Batterieeigenschaften innerhalb spezieller Produktanwendungen

Qualifikationen

Qualifizierung:

Zusätzlich zu einer starken akademischen Qualifikation in z.B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Physik oder Physikalischer Chemie bringen Sie folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

- Fundierte Kenntnisse und nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Lithium-Ionen-Batterien
- Kenntnisse über elektrochemische Prozesse, Entwicklung von Batteriemanagementsystemen, Ladekomponenten und Funktionssicherheit im Bereich der Lithium-Ionen- und NiMH-Batterien
- Kenntnisse für regulatorische Anforderungen

Neben hervorragenden Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift suchen wir auch nach Talenten, die sich durch Kreativität, Innovation, Ergebnisorientierung, Kommunikation, Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit anderen auszeichnen.
