We are looking for a strong product and consumer researcher who will define the cutting edge irresistible front-end innovation (FEI) for the most demanding beauty consumers.

Your team
Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center, the individual will be part of an exciting Skin Care FEI R&D organization. You will work in multi-functional innovation teams comprising of Product Designers, Skin Measurement Scientists, Technologists and commercial partners.

• Demonstrate leadership and positive collaboration with multi-functional teams
• Contribute to category growth and gaining of new users through product innovation in Asian markets
• Demonstrate strong iterative innovation mindset & skills

Key Responsibilities
• Lead market & consumer landscape analysis for unarticulated insights
• Lead consumer digital behavior (cognitive & non-cognitive) & online eco-system deep dive (focus on China)
• Design, execute, and analyze consumer insights from online & offline channels
• Translate consumer & market insights into well-defined solution development framework & success criteria
• Lead iterative prototyping with technical team & consumer and recommend product solutions
• Define & manage key project milestones; including presentation, communication and coordination with multi-functional teams

Qualifications

·  Master’s or PhD degree in Science or related fields
·  Additional qualification or specialization in Sociology, Psychology, Digital, Design or equivalent experience or knowledge will be an advantage
·  Has passion in beauty and aspires to work in this category
·  2-5 years' relevant experience
·  Fluency in oral and written Chinese, consumer fundamentals and China eCommerce/Social eco-system and consumer digital footprint from lifestyle, entertainment to online shopping
·  Fluency with digital consumer & market research skill sets including social listening, E-rating & reviews, A/B testing, and digital behavior tracking, etc
·  Experience in innovation design, able to successfully translate non-structural insights into product development criteria
·  Strong technical rigor & problem-solving ability in product innovation, data mining & integration skills
·  Good business acumen to link future consumer opportunities to innovation defined criteria
·  Lean or Entrepreneurship mind-set & behavior by crafting and executing fast learning cycles
·  Strong leadership, collaboration, presentation & communication skills (oral & written communication) to work with multifunctional and leadership teams
