Retail Recruiter

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join the Retail Recruitment Team here at Primark.

You’ll be responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle of Retail Management roles in an assigned geographical division (South & East – East midlands to Kent to Hampshire) so we will ideally like this person to be based on patch / London and have good travel network around them.   

You’ll develop strong attraction strategies; you’ll source and headhunt; you’ll arrange and facilitate assessment centres and interviews and all the while you’ll ensure we bring in the best available talent to the business and showcase the brand as an employer of choice.

You’ll have extensive recruitment experience and will be from a retail / hospitality / volume recruitment background. You’ll have proven experience of bringing exceptional talent into a business at pace whilst dealing with a high volume of roles.

You’ll have a natural ability for building and maintaining effecting relationships across your ‘customer’ base, communicating regularly and effectively and finally you’ll have that natural gravitas and confidence that enables you to lead assessments, meetings and to challenge appropriately.
