People & Culture Colleague Experience Advisor

This role report to our People & Culture Business Partner        

The People & Culture mission is to create an amazing experience for our colleagues. The aim of a People & Culture Experience Advisor is ensure that our colleagues receive an engaging and inclusive journey with Primark. Working with a P&C Business Partner (P&C BP), the P&C Experience Advisor will act as a brand ambassador when managing the day-to-day operations of the BPs client group.

Responsibilities:
On Boarding | Off Boarding
·  Ensure the On Boarding experience that new colleagues receive is engaging and inclusive
·  Evaluate the On Boarding process making improvements where necessary to ensure it delivers our People & Culture strategy
·  Partner with Resourcing and hiring managers to ensure a proactive, smart and professional approach to sourcing, and selecting candidates
·  Conduct interviews with Resourcing when required
·  Ensure all candidates have a positive experience
·  Connect with new colleagues during their probationary period to support their development and work in partnership with COEs and hiring managers to achieve a successful On Boarding process
·  Enhance the Off Boarding process so that  colleagues receive a considered experience which encourages recruitment of top talent for future resourcing strategies  
Talent Management
·  Work closely with BPs to prepare and coordinate the annual performance management process Make Your Primark for your client groups
·  Coach new leaders and colleagues on the best experience they should receive through Make Your Primark
·  Gather and analyse performance data with BPs and supporting with key action plans so that the experience is value added
·  Act as a coach to managers in relation to people management issues including ER matters which includes attending disciplinary and grievance meetings for the purpose of note taking
·  Identify training needs, in conjunction with line managers, and work with your BP and the Learning COE to develop appropriate solutions.  
Partnership
·  Develop trusting and collaborative relationships with client groups to be trusted advisor
·  Ensuring outstanding customer experience by delivering value-add, best in class P&C support to your customer group
·  Work with P&C administrator to deliver meaningful reports (including analysis) e.g. absenteeism, turnover, promotion stats etc.
·  Support your P&C BP to ensure effective and successful delivery of the P&C Purpose and Strategy
·  Build relationships and work closely with the relevant Centre’s of Excellence in day to day operations and also implementation of key initiatives within the P&C Strategy.  
Projects
·  Working collaboratively with the P&C BP and COE teams, analyse P&C KPI data to identify initiatives that will deliver the P&C strategy to create an amazing colleague experience
·  Review the holistic life cycle of colleagues to identify opportunities to enhance the experience globally and simplifying the processes while promoting our culture
·  Implement specific P&C/business projects to client groups
·  Ensure consistency of application of our P&C policies and procedures across functions and offices  
Requirements
Technical Criteria
·  3+ years experience working in a fast paced HR team
·  Experience in improving HR processes for end users
·  Experience in providing HR advice to management on complex matters that drives colleagues performance or protects the business
·  Third level qualification in HR or a business related discipline
·  CIPD qualified is an advantage
·  Good working knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation (including GDPR)
