Role:                      ICT Digital Compliance Analyst
Purpose of role:                 A Digital Compliance Analyst is required to overlook and manage the compliance of Primark’s online platforms and projects.  
                                             The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for managing Primark’s digital roadmap and maintain the digital platforms using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
                                             The role requires strong business analyst experience while being able to own and deliver improvements and changes to ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance constraints.

Reports to:                          Digital Portfolio Manager
Location:                             Reading / Dublin
 Key Responsibilities:        
·  Develop a strong understanding of our existing system and application landscape as a building block for future solutions
·  Required to be hands-on to make and manage changes (define, test and implement)
·  To work closely with Primark’s security and compliance teams to identify requirements, gaps, risks and improvements
·  Drive digital compliance project requirements and represent compliance and regulatory priorities
·  Strong familiarity with relevant digital regulatory compliance constraints
·  Operational ownership of data analysis/consent management platforms across multiple platforms and vendors
·  Documentation of operational processes and requirements
·  Manage 3rd party relationships with service providers supported by appropriate SLAs
·  Drive functional changes for compliance, accessibility and security
·  Manage the digital security scanning schedule across digital landscape and ensure any issues are implemented
·  Own risk and issue log for the digital landscape
·  Regularly report any compliance issues
·  Business analysis and project management may be required
·  Identify opportunities for improvements to assist the business (business intelligence flows) and building the roadmaps
·  Having knowledge of digital platforms, support the platform with test and configuration as required
·  Work with internal and external teams to help shape the landscape and solutions that will allow the business to achieve its strategic goals
·  Using interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, business analysis and business process evaluations, gather business requirements
·  Be able to draw requirements together into Functional Requirements Documents using existing templates, making use of plain English, diagrams, process flows and scenarios so that the resulting document will be meaningful to the intended users
·  Work with and challenge business units on their assumptions to help deliver solutions for their current and future needs
·  Project manage the process from initiation through to sign off, adhering to all PMO requirements
·  Be able to draw requirements together into Functional Requirements Documents using existing templates, making use of plain English, diagrams, process flows and scenarios so that the resulting document will be meaningful to the intended users
·  Have the ability to work in a team collaborating on different aspects of a large project, ensuring that the objectives of all components are aligned, and that delivered solution will work as an end to end process
·  Successfully engage in multiple initiatives in parallel.
·  Use the knowledge gained in the analysis and design of the solutions to become one of the SMEs for aspects of the new landscape  
 Competencies, knowledge, skills & experience:
·  Website Operations experience is beneficial
·  Experience with digital consent management tools
·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
·  Demonstrate experience of gathering requirements and converting them into a product vision
·  Show experience of Project Management role and an understanding of PMO requirements
·  Have strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate into application and operational requirements
·  Possess the ability to work alongside senior management at all levels within ICT, the business and external service providers / business partners
·  Demonstrate strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
·  Experience delivering solutions with 3rd parties
·  Demonstrate an understanding of the requirements for integrations and data transformation in a complex environment
·  Knowledge of digital website and marketing platforms
·  Experience testing solutions across multiple systems
·  Experience of working with cloud-based systems
·  Some experience with leveraging data analytic technologies
·  Have strong communications skills (written and verbal) – need to communicate at all levels within ICT, the business and external service providers / business partners
·  IT experience in the Digital compliance
·  SAP Commerce and Marketing Cloud experience (or related platforms)
·  Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
·  Functional and technical understanding Digital Systems
·  Understanding of PMO requirements
·  Experience gathering requirements and defining business processes
·  Experience working on online security and compliance projects
·  Hands on experience with digital platforms would be ideal  
 The ideal individual will have the proven ability to:
·  Possess the ability to work alongside senior management at all levels within ICT, the business and external service providers / business partners.
·  Have strong communications skills (written and verbal) – need to communicate at all levels within ICT, the business and external service providers / business partners.
·  Show flexibility in working location; travel within Europe is required, but the role may also require occasional travel farther afield
·  Ability to work flexible hours to support the business and the ICT Team.
