Job description
Welcoming and inform the clients at their arrival.
manage the check-in / check-out via the hotel software
Actualize the information at clients disposal (brochures, catalogues, business cards)
Promote the services proposed by the hotel ( commercial dimension)
Manage the bookings: By mails, phonning calls and hotel software.
Calculate and report the hotel bookings rate to the Yield Manager.
Desired profile
you are available from the begining of April for 5 months or from May for 4 or 5 months. you speak a fluent english, you are serious, smiling, organized.
You have an internship agreement from your school. your studies are in relation to the tourism/ hotellery
