Job Description

In this role you will manage the repository of merchandising plans and tools of trade (Racks, Display Units, NPD related materials, ) by supporting the management of merchandising projects (both sales and marketing related).

Functional Responsibilities
·  Manage repository of merchandising plans and tools of trade (Racks, Display Units, NPD related materials, )
·  Supporting the management of merchandising projects (both sales and marketing related)
·  Ensuring the production and distribution of an adequate number of merchandising equipment to the field at least one week prior to launch.
·  Ensuring excellent communication to field Sales via monthly sales councils & sales bulletins, POP support materials etc.
·  Coordination of Agency, Supplier, Purchasing, Central Warehouse, Logistics and Sales team for merchandising initiatives and materials
·  Ensuring of Service Level Agreements with Purchasing, Marketing and Logistics to provide the best service for Field Sales Team
·  Evaluating and tracking overall supplier performance (e.g., budget, quality vs. cost, performance against strategy, cost-effective decisions, and identify the appropriate course of action).
·  Following up S&D rack budgets for beverage and snacks and A&M budget for snacks and ensure to finalize the AOP calendar within budget.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Fluent English and Turkish with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Degree qualified in Business / Commerce / Engineering
·  Minimum 1 Year Experience in Sales Coordination / Trade Marketing
·  Builds robust and successful working relationships
·  Excellent organization and prioritization skills with a proactive and result-driven approach
·  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Limited Relocation
