Job Description

The key focus of the role is partnering with OMD Lead and team to execute the complete talent management lifecycle. The role is connected to CoEs and other Bus for tools, processes and best practices across organization.

Position Accountabilities:

·  Manages the Talent Management life cycle and PepsiCo People Planning process;
·  Coordinates the local deployment of Global and Sector COE processes, initiatives & pilots (e.g. LEAD, frameworks & tools as per CoE defined strategies);
·  Provides TM know-how for Talent Review and People Planning processes, providing best practices and insights;
·  Supports all OMD team members with relevant TM insights, tools and practices especially in areas of High Performance Team Development & Culture and Engagement;
·  Liaises with TA representatives and HRBPs to support Talent Game planning and monthly talent review processes;
·  Ensures consistent data and meaningful insights to support Talent decision making and the SWP / PPP cycle;

Qualifications/Requirements

Preferred Competencies/ skills :

·  Strong TM knowledge & understanding of Succession planning and Talent management practices & tools;
·  Strong analytical skills, systems and analytical tools savvy;
·  Exposure to related HR people process (TA and TR);
·  Strong collaboration skills and mindset, able to navigate effectively through the matrix environment;
·  Detail oriented, self-starter and critical thinker who exhibits a ‘ can do’ attitude and a willingness to work on a variety of tasks and projects both independently and with team;
·  Effective multitasking/prioritization skills, takes initiative and effectively manages competing priorities;
·  Ability to Proactively share information, best practices, and ideas with others throughout PepsiCo;
·  With 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges;
·  Sense of passion , enjoyment and pride about his/her work;
·  Succeeding in virtual communities;
·  Internal consultancy skills;
·  Fluent in English, Polish desired ;
·  Computer literate (MS Office package with strong excel skills);
