Are you interested in a career in recruitment? Well here at PepsiCo we’re on the lookout for a Co-ordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Barcelona

In this role you’ll be providing a full recruitment administration service to our European business. Day to day you’ll be in charge of the internal recruitment, arranging interviews, planning and facilitating assessment centres, dealing with queries, providing feedback to candidates. Yes, it’s a very busy job! It’s a non-stop, fast-paced role where there is always plenty to do.

Job Requirements:

·  Supporting the Talent Acquisition team on internal and external hiring including candidate management, interview and assessment scheduling and posting roles internally.
·  Process internal candidate applications
·  Follow-up on internal process with Hiring manger and HR team.
·  Manage the candidate feedback process to guaranty the best candidate experience.
·  Insure constant update of internal platform on status of each position and internal candidates and close the process in the system

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills and Experience :

·  Proven administration and co-ordination experience in a busy, fast paced environment.
·  Some exposure to applicant tracking systems is highly desirable but not essential.
·  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
·  Professional but friendly telephone manner.
·  Experience of organising meetings/events and co-ordinating diaries.
·  A strong interest in developing a career in HR or recruitment.
·  The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility.
·  Fluent in English and Spanish. Italian or Portuguese is a bonus
