Job Description

This role is embedded within comanufacturing finance area. Therefore as a Finance Associate Analyst you will be focused on providing financial management and value add analysis of Cost of Goods (COGS) for a group of market units within Coman area. You will be working closely with multiple local planning teams and control functions to process actuals data and prepare clear cost and cause of change, as well as ensuring accurate data management (costcard preparation) and reporting from the TM1 system. You will be responsible for providing explanation for performance variances. This role will give you an extensive exposure on interaction with many different functions in multiple markets as well. As the role aims to centralize tasks and transform ways of working on coman costs, it will let you have a lot of upfront work within a dynamic environment.

Main accountabilities:

·  Create/generate cost card and ensure accuracy of system data (in TM1) for all live Coman SKUs across all categories (Juice, Snacks, Grains and Beverages) for multiple BUs, ensuring alignment with local ERPs
·  Support ESSA Coman Finance Lead to prepare AOP and LE forecasts, prepare summary of actual results including a clear articulation of the drivers of variances to plan and forecast i.e. PV, FX, productivity per BU
·  Own the calculation, update and communication of Coman Productivity on behalf of the BUs, ensuring all variances are understood by key stakeholders
·  Regularly interact with Coman and GP teams to ensure BOMs are live and up to date
·  Liaise with CSL and the Coman purchasing teams to ensure that financial systems are loaded with the correct data from point of purchase through receipting of goods to the payment of the invoice (supporting the timely remediation and escalation when BU leads flag issues)
·  Work with local control and planning teams to produce accurate period close – involves multiple systems and data formats unique to specific markets
·  Interact with the commercialisation teams to ensure correct coman costcards are used and optimum product launch decisions are taken
·  Deliver an excellent service to GBS Finance clients

Qualifications/Requirements

·  3+ years of finance planning, analysis experience and strong financial technical skills (ACCA or CIMA in progress would be highly beneficial)
·  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong ability to work in Excel
·  Intellectual capacity to link accounting concepts to underlying financial data systems in order to understand, analyse and interpret both actual results and forecast data
·  Good communication skills to provide clearly articulated and appropriate messages across wide spectrum of stakeholders, from equivalent BU analysts to Director/Senior Director level
·  Self starter with the ability to work autonomously, driving own agenda
·  Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
·  Fluent English
