Job Description

The Supervising Producer for PepsiCo will be responsible for sourcing, creating and publishing rich media content – internally and externally - that seeks to advance and promote PepsiCo’s growth and innovation agenda. This role will sit in corporate and support our Sector teams through the creation of compelling content that can be used across our PESO model. The role will also lead a team of additional producers, editors, graphic designers and animators, located at both corporate HQ and in our Sectors. The Supervising Producer must possess a thorough knowledge of physical production, from creative development and pre-production to post-production and delivery. The Supervising Producer must have strong creative skills and once familiar with the PepsiCo brand attributes and voice, be able to translate those brand values into compelling content.

·  Source stories to advance PepsiCo narrative
·  Manage and deliver compelling rich media content – in quantities upward of 50+ production projects in Y1 - to be used internally and externally
·  Create an editorial framework and content calendar for story and idea submission for rich media content, install best practices for production, workflow, project tracking and deliverables
·  Manage a team of 10+, including direct reports in the Sectors, as well as manage budgets and project deliverables, both corporate and within the field
·  Develop and maintain a sphere of influential contacts of content creators, production teams, freelance staff, producers, animators, food & fashion stylists, among others
·  Liaise with colleagues in Sector and corporate, within comms function and across enterprise, to source ideas and content
·  Develop rich content that establishes PepsiCo as an emergent producer of best in class content and creative that can be executed across the PESO model

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Strong narrative development skills and ability to tell a story visually, quickly and effectively. Ability to unearth or create stories. Ability to adapt narratives for various channels and needs -e.g. long form, short form, social (primarily Instagram, FB, Twitter, YT), and to both internal and external audiences
·  Minimum of 10 years agency and/or editorial experience with 5+ years in senior production positions, preferably in branded content space
·  Entrepreneurial minded and the ability to multitask in a competitive and fast-paced working environment with exceptional attention to detail and dedication to first-rate service while managing a far flung team
·  Exceptional communication skills and ability to inspire internal and external partners while fostering collaboration and building strong relationships to deliver desired results
·  Familiarity with industry benchmarks as well as production estimate; ability to juggle multiple productions projects at once
·  Understanding of legal and business dealing protocols, permits and rights for branded and unbranded content across all forms of media; ability to quickly and efficiently garner approvals to keep production moving
·  The Supervising Producer role will have high visibility with the various PepsiCo corporate and brand teams and functions, and Sector and regional leads, so solid interpersonal and communication skills are a must
·  Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to develop good stories and fact find
·  Understanding of ecosystem of approvers/stakeholders within Pepsico to be effective in role
·  Creative skills to identify the best solutions that meet the brief and set up success
·  Curiosity, optimistic outlook, dynamic leader, motivator and team builder
