Job Description

Production Shift Manager is responsible for:

· 
front line employees' management, in order to achieve the best quality product in the most efficient way and at the right time

· 
people development (trainings / performance meetings / feedback on performance / appraisals)

· 
assurance of hygiene and safety in production's environment

· 
new projects support

· 
continuous effort for lines' optimization (opportunities / gaps)

· 
building FLEs' capability (Operators, SETs)

· 
deployment of SET role responsibilities

· 
QCDM process implementation in production area

Qualifications/Requirements

· 
Bachelor degree in Engineering / Food Science or Equivalent

· 
2 years experience in similar roles (operations, food industries)

· 
Results oriented & decision maker

· 
Computer proficient ( Excel-Word-PowerPoint)

· 
Developing and managing own agenda

· 
Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills

· 
Project management skills

· 
Language skills: Good level of English, proficient level of local language.
