Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the team lead accountable for the implementation and deployment of the Order & Contract Management capabilities of the PepsiCo Global template (built through SAP S4 concepts).

Objectives are to ensure the deployment of the global template supporting the execution of business processes related to Go to Market & Sales Order Management from order capturing to invoice; and the related deployments to multiple countries. This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Europe deployment project.

Order to Cash Process relates to:

· 
Order capture, management and provisioning of goods or services; providing a platform for sales to our end customers, accessing all information necessary to process, manage, ship and track orders in a timely manner;

· 
Data governance

· 
Pricing and Condition Contracts

· 
Picking, packing, shipping and delivering customer and stock transport orders;

· 
Returns or inbound product receipts;

· 
Integration with warehouse systems and advance transportation systems for route planning, load building, etc.

Accountabilities:

· 
Support OTC Solution lead – Accountable

· 
Partner with OTC Business Sub lead to deliver the integrated solution - Accountable

· 
Partner with Functional teams of respective areas to design the integration with relevant Legacy systems - Accountable

· 
Partner with Developer team to clarify and build integrated solution – Accountable

· 
Partner with the MTD (Make to Deploy - MM) & RTR (Record to Report – FI) Solution experts to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Support

· 
Support decision-making for OTC functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Support

· 
Partner with the Global OTC Global Soution Lead to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution – Support

· 
Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Support

· 
Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Support

· 
Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Support

· 
Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Support

· 
Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values (seewww.agilemanifesto.org ):

· 
Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste

· 
Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged

· 
Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

· 
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred from reputed institutions.

· 
8+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on the the SD modules of SAP with special focus on Order Management, Pricing and S/4 Condition Contracts

· 
2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.

· 
Deep and broad experience in Order Management and Pricing within a global capability

· 
Deep experience in EDI Integrations

· 
Previous key contributor role on a major SAP transformation project

· 
Collaborates in business process standardization of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system conforms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business.

· 
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

· 
Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements

· 
Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman 7+, Azure DevOps, Quality Center and O365 tools

· 
Solves complex problems within their work team

· 
Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across value streams

· 
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences

· 
Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change

· 
Consulting background a plus
