Job Description

This role supports the IT Team lead with the implementation and deployment of the Production Planning & Execution capabilities of the Enterprise First Global template (built through SAP S4 concepts), in addition to direct involvement in interfaces to legacy planning & scheduling system, as well as involvement with Inventory, Warehouse, Quality Management and Product Costing. Objectives of the role are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to Supply Chain Execution and the related deployments to multiple countries. This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Global Template project.

Supply Chain Execution Components in scope:

· 
Planning for production including generating a master schedule and a detailed schedule.

· 
Materials purchases at the manufacturing plants in the network.

· 
Material requirements plan, tracking common key performance indicators, while using the distribution requirements plan, deployment plan, capacity plans, and long-term supply plan as key inputs

· 
Production Execution involving in the transformation of raw materials into high quality semi-finished and finished products per specification and using the right processes and methods to transform the goods using batch or line production.

· 
Inventory & Warehouse management and inventory control through inbound, outbound, and internal processes, including materials scheduled for receipt (open purchase orders and inbound shipments), orders scheduled for shipment (customer and inter-plant shipments), materials ready for physical inventory, financial valuation of inventories, and advanced WMS capabilities at more sophisticated sites.

Quality management incorporating quality assurance of PepsiCo’s inbound receipts and manufacturing processes, while ensuring that PepsiCo products have been properly tested in accordance with regulatory food and safety laws.

Accountabilities:

· 
Support MTD (Make-To-Deploy) Solution lead – Accountable

· 
Partner with MTD Business Sub lead to deliver the integrated solution - Accountable

· 
Partner with Functional teams of respective areas to design the integration with relevant Legacy systems - Accountable

· 
Partner with Developer team to clarify and build integrated solution – Accountable

· 
Partner with the fellow MTD Solution Experts, as well as other teams’ Solution experts to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Support

· 
Support decision-making for MTD functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Support

· 
Partner with the Global MTD Global Solution Lead to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution – Support

· 
Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Support

· 
Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Support

· 
Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Support

· 
Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Support

· 
Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values (seewww.agilemanifesto.org ):

Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste

· 
Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged

Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

· 
Bachelor’s degree required, consulting background a plus.

· 
8+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP with a focus on the PP module, including PP/DS for planning and scheduling, and Process Manufacturing for production execution.

· 
Strong capability to define functional RICEF requirements, test scenarios and test execution, particularly as relates to external planning & scheduling systems, and manufacturing execution applications.

· 
Deep knowledge of PP data objects to support the Data team in their transform, build and load processes.

· 
1+ years of SAP S4/HANA experience preferred.

· 
Deep and broad experience in Operations and Supply Chain processes within a global environment.

· 
Previous key contributor role on a major SAP transformation project.

· 
Collaborates in business process standardization of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system conforms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business.

· 
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

· 
Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements, and travel approximately 50% (maximum).

· 
Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman 7+, Microsoft Azure DevOps, HP Quality Center and O365 tools.

· 
Solves complex problems within their work team.

· 
Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across value streams.

· 
Flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changes to timeliness and sequences.

· 
Fluency in English (work will be conducted fully in English).
