Job Description

Reporting and Cross Channel Analyst is the analytical backbone of the Commercial Finance team (8 people team organized by channel). In this role, you will be in charge of all cross-channel reporting and processes, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate data, and crisp visual communications to keep the team operating.

Specifically you will be responsible for timely and accurate support for various Sector Commercial Finance processes, which include: leading the key customer reporting process, preparing QBR presentation materials, owning the AOP and PSP models. Addiitonal responsibilities include managing the Commercial consulting budget.

You will liaise with FP&A and Sales Finance teams from all Europe BUs and select markets in Latam and Asia.

Main accountabilities:

·  Own reporting for Commercial Finance: collecting and validating key customer performance, preparing monthly scorecards
·  Manage the monthly channel topline submission
·  Manage Commercial QBR processes
·  Work with other business units to develop and validate channel allocations in Mosaic Tool
·  Deliver an excellent service to GBS Finance clients

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Around 4+ years working experience particularly in finance analytics and reporting area
·  University Degree Required (Economics, Finance or Business Administration)
·  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
·  Good problem solving and analytical skills
·  Ability to exert influence across functional lines and balance competing stakeholder requirements
·  Ability to work across markets, cultures and across all levels in the organization
·  Fluency in English
