Job Description

·  Leading medium and high complexity NPD projects;
Projects’ leadership within multiple functions: setting the agenda, planning, budgeting, facilitating required workstream within the Children Food category;
Technical team lead (and development) of Doy Pack Platformprojects;
·  Contribution to team performance as a project lead;
·  Building Innovation pipeline within EER Children Food category;
·  Demonstrated understanding of PI Europe / BU business, R&D’s role, and vision

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Higher degree in Foods/ Chemistry / Microbiology / Engineering
·  Experience in a similar position in FMCG / Foods from 3 years
·  English – Intermediate/ Upper-intermediate
·  Good Project Management Skills
·  Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and distill into useful and actionable information;
·  Passion for creativity and innovation within a commercially driven environment;
·  Knowing food technologies and experience in product development.
