One key initiative is Enterprise First: Global Template, a multi-year program designed to harmonise PepsiCo’s core business processes and common data, enabled by the latest SAP technology.

We’re now at the exciting stage where can start recruiting our project team to support the first ‘wave’ of implementation across the ESSA sector covering Sector HQ, GBIN, UK&I and Poland markets.

To support the Business Lead and the project, we are on the lookout for a motivated, professional and confident Team Coordinator to join the team.

The right candidate will be someone who is highly organised and is able to manage multiple diaries. You will be able stay calm under pressure and keep up in a fast-paced office environment with a positive attitude and willingness to get involved. You will work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders (both PepsiCo and external 3 rd party agencies. This is a demanding role where you will need to think on your feet, you will need to be able to plan and effectively prioritise your workload. It will be important to have international perspective given that the project is across markets in Europe and working closely with the PepsiCo Global Template team.

Role will be responsible for:

· 
PA to the Project Business Lead

· 
Support Tower Leads (LG+ Levels)

· 
Support IT lead

· 
Support project team of 60 FTE

· 
MyBuy SME for EF solution

Responsibilities will include:
Diary Ownership
Diary management is an important part of this role, diaries are extremely busy and ever changing. You will need to be very comfortable with Outlook as well as being able to multi-task, prioritise, negotiate and be persuasive.

Travel Arrangements
You’ll be responsible for organising all travel arrangements for your managers, this will often be across Europe mainly but could be global. You will be expected to pull together detailed travel itineraries to specific manager requirements, sometimes across multiple time zones.

Events Management
This will include setting up and arranging internal meetings and all the necessary equipment including helping with creation of meeting packs. Your responsibilities can vary from setting up a team meeting, to organising a whole function meeting. Some events may be overseas and include large numbers of people including third parties (I.e. IBM, PWC). Consolidation of meetings rooms / travel will be a key element of this role.

Systems
You will use your IT skills to pull together presentations, raise Purchase Orders and put forward Managers’ expenses, so being comfortable with systems would be a distinct advantage.

Project Office Coordination
You will utilise your organisation skills, initiative and network to help you ensure the office runs smoothly including acting as the point of contact for new joiners, working with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on co-ordinating people activities and organising diaries.

Flexibility
You’ll need to have an open approach to how you work. The role isn’t a straight forward 9- to 5 job; you will need to be flexible with your time. You will be working closely with different people with different requirements and personalities, so it is important to be able to adapt your style but a positive attitude will be the key to success

Qualifications/Requirements

What we’re looking for:

·  Previous PA/Team Administrator experience in a busy environment (reporting to more than one manager)
·  Knowledge/ experience of working in a large corporate environment would be very helpful
·  Ability to manage own workload, prioritise and think on your feet
·  Great attention to detail (especially when checking documents & diaries)
·  Experience of co-ordinating and managing successful meetings and events
·  Ability to work with high integrity and confidence (will be exposed to sensitive information)
·  Manage and prioritise several competing requests at a time
·  Experience of arranging travel for managers (ideally on a global level)
·  Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment
·  Strong computer skills on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
