Job Description

This Role is responsible of maintain a financially healthy product portfolio; by ensuring the optimum number of products, analyzing indicators, communicating opportunity areas and facilitating decision making; supporting company financial, innovation, and sales goals.
This position also includes the Portfolio ranking analisys with opportunities by SKU & the action plan by SKU according to alternative solution criteria (Rationalization/Require Solution/Improve Performance)
This role also leads pack architecture opportunities, related to Portfolio Optimization & the innovation process (Stage Gate / Cheetah).
This role is critical to ansure the Net Sales Budget.

·  Define portfolio strategy.
·  Run performance diagnostic by SKU. Relevance, Profitability, and Sales Trend.
·  Communicate to Finance CU and Marketing Leaderteams the results of the Portfolio Optimization Model previous to the Portfolio Optimization Session.
·  Revenue Management PO (PO=portfolio optimization) Leader coordinates and leads the Portfolio Optimization Session, from preparing information (PO Tool) to enabling decision making and formalize a specific action plan to improve portfolio health.
·  Develop the action plan according to the solutions determined.
·  Record action plan on the PO Scorecard and connect with execution sub processes (Rationalization, Improve Sales Performance, Improve Product Profitability, Product Reengineering) defining responsible roles, and deadlines
·  Ensures plan execution, and gives follow up to conditioned SKU’s performance.
·  As a follow up tool, share the PO Scorecard monthly with each team involved in order to close solution cycles (rationalization, reengineering, improve profitability, improve sales performance).
·  Active participation on Cheetah Local meetings / Define Innovation prices.
·  Ensure implementation of best practices & align resources to help weekly challenges.
·  Propose Pack opportunities, Leads Pack Workshop and presents main opportunities
·  Develops Business Proposal for PMO & Incorporates feedback to align initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor in Business / Engineering / Economy or correlate.
·  Capability to work with cross-functional teams.
·  Highly analytical.
·  Leadership ability.
·  Highly social abilities like verbal and written communications to influence from sales to senior leaders.
·  Collaborates well with others to deliver results.
·  Influences others through reasoning and relationships rather than by using strong pressure tactics
·  Drive for results: Demonstrates perseverance
