The Role

This role has responsibility for the development and support of highly visible and engaging Communications approach and supporting editorial content across sector and market Internal Communications channels for a key, highly visible project. The role is to support delivery across the primary markets of UK and Poland as well as within other markets as required.
Working and partnering closely with the Comms Lead, Change Management, Project Team and wider global, sector and market internal Communications teams, the successful role holder will need to understand cultural sensitivities and ways of working to deliver content to strengthen employee understanding, build awareness, understanding and commitment for project team, stakeholders and end-users.
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written are a must!
Key Responsibilities

· 
Works closely with Business Lead and Change Management team and is responsible for the creation and execution of the project - stakeholder and employee communications plan

· 
Act as internal partner to all Core Project Team and Project Team Leads to advise on the best way to communicate messages – advising on the right tone, channels and approach and tailoring messaging as needed to maximize engagement across all the different entities and markets

· 
Enables PepsiCo leadership to be Champions and help them deliver and cascade messages to their teams

· 
Supports in creating editorial content across all channels, ensuring clear, open, concise, timely and consistent messaging

· 
Assists Programme Management office in creation of materials for key stakeholder events

· 
Develops and engages with Corporate Communications on content to share across multimedia platforms to inform and educate all colleagues about project updates and progress. Provide daily writing, editing and content management support.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements

· 
Experience in the delivery of high-impact communications to help deliver desired business outcomes;

· 
Experience of working with senior management to deliver the business change and communications agenda;

· 
Excellent verbal and written English

· 
Excellent writing and editing skills with extensive experience in creating key communications materials (presentations, articles, executive communications, scripts, messaging documents, videos);

· 
Experience with digital communication / social media channels;

· 
Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills and an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments;

· 
Strong project management skills;
