Your Day To Day With Us :

- Leads and coordinates the AOP/Forecast process execution for MKT Budget (A&M).
- Coordination of mkt teams to obtain all mkt campaigns to consolidate them in official A&M templates.
- Reviewing facts as budget investment is in line with company Must Win Battles, all campaigns are covered and budget allocation by A&M expenses typology is correct (media, fee, design…).
- Clear knowledge of MKT campaigns and constant communication and alignment with MKT teams is required.
- Lead the MKT expense through the management of Purchase Orders and Receipts.
- Lead recurrent follow up with main departments involved in A&M process to ensure a fluent and efficient organization is handled through departments as MKT, Trade MKT, Digital, Insights, Global Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal and Fiscal Departments..
- Leads initiatives identification, proposal, development and monitoring, so that a permanent job review is being managed and efficiency of A&M Budget role is guaranteed.
- Makes recommendations to improve A&M Budget management and main key control accomplishments.

Qualifications/Requirements

What will you need to succeed? :

- University degree or similar studies.
- English and Spanish high level
- Previous experience of 2 years in finance
- High Organization and analytical skills
- Communication capacity with several levels and engagement abilities
- Availability to start immediately

Temporary role 6-8 months.
