Job Description

PepsiCo UK is home to some of the world’s most loved food and drink products. The Lincoln Site has been established since 1938 and has been the home of Quavers, a key snack brand of the Walkers portfolio for 50 years. The Site has been through a number of major investments over the years and launched the Poppables brand last year, helping support the long-term growth of the Walkers business in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate short term supply plan weeks 0-6 into detailed schedule – 2-6 at daily level, 0-1 at daily level.
• Refining of day/shift/hour production schedules through the exceptions process based on full SC info – decision making at the point of action
• Planning trade off decisions made are supported by full internal supply chain
• Working as an integral part of manufacturing & iSCP to fully optimise SC
• Key manufacturing & ISCP KPI’s reported and analysed to identify performance gaps
• Ownership and review with manufacturing of the SLA including site capacities & rules of operation, which underpins the way in which ISCP and manufacturing deliver customer service and AOP
• Production sequence & MOQ reviewed through iS&OP process and updated
• Maintenance of the DPP tool to ensure optimum outputs from the solver tool
• Facilitate performance reviews with Manufacturing and Supply Planning to challenge & influence, based on performance trends & opportunities identified

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge & understanding of the E2E supply systems & processes.
High level of technical knowledge of the plant processes – capacity & bottlenecks
Leverages personal knowledge and skills of systems & processes to evaluate information & data to take best course of action & deliver results
Utilises understanding of ISCP and manufacturing, functional performance and interrelationships to maximise results & limit risk
