Job Description
· Greeting and assisting guests (first point of contact)
· Answering main office phone line
· Processing incoming & outgoing mail
· Processing incoming invoices
· Processing and archiving contracts
· Monitoring the official company e-mail account and processing incoming queries
· Providing travel assistance and coordinating business trips
· Closely cooperating with PepsiCo employees across the region
· Closely cooperating with relevant external service providers (travel agencies, hotels, mailing services and others)
· Providing support in organizing company events
· Coordinating with team leaders in arranging meetings
· Compiling contact lists internal and external
· Monitoring HQ facility stocks and ordering supplies
· Providing more executive assistance to a senior member of Leadership team.
Qualifications/Requirements
· University degree (or a high school degree supplemented by significant administrative/ assisting work experience)
· Experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Fluent in English, written & spoken
· Literacy and eloquence in Serbian language as mother tongue
· Advanced MS Office skills
