Job Description

At PepsiCo we are currently looking for a Finance Reporting Trainee for our offices located in Milan:

As a trainee, you will give support to the Finance Reporting team and you will report directly to the Reporting Senior Analyst and will be involved in a very interesting Project.

Activities in which you will be involved:

- Reconciliation of Previous years accruals related to Fixed Budgets between PR Tool and Accounting
- Reconciliation of Planning Fixed Budgets curves against PR tool at each forecast phase
- Monthly monitoring of POP material usage and budgets caps.
- Ensure Timely intercompany monthly billing
- Adhoc support on specific areas on Reporting
- Working closely with Sales Info Team, Planning Department and Third Party SSC
The main objective of the internship is that you will have the opportunity to learn about the dynamic of trade investments while complying with the internal policies of Pepsico.
