Job Description

As a Europe Mosaic System Support Analyst you will help with the continuous stability, correction and enhancement of the Mosaic processes and tools (IBM Planning analytics, Alteryx). You will be a key point of contact for end users related to technical, functional and process questions.

Mosaic delivers a systemised capability the complete planning & forecasting process by each customer, product and business unit across the sector, as well as reporting capabilities for actuals. Ensuring a robust support and sustain model it is a critical element for internal adoption and supports disruption free financial capabilities to the senior management and Pepsico shareholders.

This role is part of the GBS organisation supporting the Europe Planning & Function Finance teams, who are partly based in Krakow, partly based in different locations across the Sector. Therefore, you will collaborate with other Mosaic Support colleagues to help ensure that BUs across Europe are able to successfully deploy and integrate the Mosaic functionality. This position will interact with a diverse group of stakeholders including Sector and BU Sales Planning teams, Revenue Management teams, FP&A, Control and IT.

Main accountabilities:

·  Work closely with market specific finance stakeholders (Planning, Control, Revenue management) supporting and ensuring a robust and working solution across Europe
·  Become an ‘SME’ in the complete Mosaic template design
·  Work closely with the System Integrator consulting houses to test the system as it is being developed
·  Escalate issues as they arise to the IT and Business design team, and help coordinate action plans in response to findings and ensure timely resolution
·  Ensure linkages between cubes exist (e.g. sales demand to COGS volume) and master data connections are mapped
·  Manage customer expectations in delivering superior levels of service

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Demonstrated ability to interpret business performance, identify anomalies and trends
·  Knowledge of database management principles
·  Prior experience with IBM planning analytics (TM1) would be a big asset
·  Project and timeline management skills
·  Attention to detail without missing the big picture
·  Excellent communication skills – in order to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and stakeholders across all levels of organization
·  Customer-focused approach to trouble shooting, resolving problems and ensuring repeat business
·  Strong written and verbal English
