Main Purpose

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company in Europe, with presence across many complex markets where we have a broad range of categories and products. This very successful business is launching a multi-year business transformation program which is relying on an SAP S4 backbone and other integrated strategic solutions being rolled out. The purpose of this role is to support the implementation and deployment of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) capabilities of the Enterprise First Global template (built through SAP S4 concepts). Objectives of the role are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to these processes as the solution is deployed in the scoped countries. The immediate focus will be set in the successful deployment of the UK and PL business units and the capitalization of project assets for future rollouts in an “industrialized” manner. This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Global Template project.

Our first program deployment is focusing on our UK and Poland business units with a project office near London, while our teams are based across multiple hubs around Europe and the World.

Relationships & Accountabilities:

·  Partner with the Direct Store Delivery Global Leads to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Accountable
·  Support decision-making for Direct Store Delivery localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
·  Ensure PepsiCo Corporate Direct Store Delivery processes reflected in the global template are implemented to standard with appropriate localization – Consult / Execute
·  Collaborate with the Direct Store Delivery Global Process Leads and Global to implement and deploy the Global Template – Consult/Execute
·  Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute
·  Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Consult / Execute
·  Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Consult / Execute
·  Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and enough product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute
·  Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – Consult / Execute
·  Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute
·  Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values (seewww.agilemanifesto.org ):
·  Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste
·  Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged
·  Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required

·  Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred from reputed institutions.
·  Experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Direct Store Delivery. This includes setup of DSD solution with S/4 as well as building integration with front-line hand-held solutions.
·  SAP S4 experience preferred.
·  Record of success in deploying a SAP DSD solution as a global capability
·  Complete understanding of the DSD integration with the surrounding SAP modules (MTD and RTR)
·  Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template
·  Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools
·  Knowledge of the master data objects on the DSD domain and the data migration processes and tools
·  Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles. Familiar to the GRC best practices in large corporations as PepsiCo
·  Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixes
·  Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
·  Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
·  Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, MS VSTS, Quality Center and MS Project
·  Solves highly complex problems within their work team
·  Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
·  Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
·  Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
·  Consulting background, ITIL and /or APICS certifications are a plus
·  Negotiation Skills
