Job Description

Reports to Network Optimization Manager,
Plan daily truck movements to Pepsico locations and overflow warehouses on daily basis to ensure service,
Manage sales activity inventory in all Pepsico locations & coordinate the outputs with warehouse team and maintain the plans accordingly and deliver tactical commercial calender (TT month priority/OT aligned calenders),
Communicate the weekly schedules with logistic team to accelerate the system risks and manage priorities if necessary to ensure service,
Manage and maintain deployment planning data, such as safety stock and warehouse storage capacities in Planning software (JDA), Responsible for maintaining master data in the system to ensure service excellence,
Synchronize the movements for critical level of products according to aligned BU decisions,
Analyze schedule plans and operations to improve velocity and unique client requirements. Provide support in developing in–transit asset visibility solutions and develop and optimize load plans,
Focus on developing information channels and dynamics to bridge knowledge among the trading and logistics teams resulting in proactive understanding of market opportunities and/or watch-outs,
Understand different tendencies between DCs /their inventory and safety stock policies,
Follow deployment plan realization at DC level , their inventory levels and responsible for out of stock & over stock at DC and plant level,
Follow up write-off and aging at Turkey level.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  University graduate
·  Beverage/Food manufacturing or Fast moving consumer goods sector experience would be a distinct advantage
·  At least 3-4 years experience in demand planning or supply planning
·  Integrated Planning Literacy (JDA etc) would be a significant Asset
·  Excellent command of written and spoken English
·  A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
·  Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships
·  Effective time management and planning
·  Must have the capability to develop and lead high-performing team
