What does the internship involve?

PepsiCo BeLux is looking for an independent, enthusiastic and ambitious intern to join the Finance department , for a period of 6 months from August 2020 onward. Asa Commercial Finance intern for Organized Trade (retail)you are the link between sales and finance and will analyze the effectiveness and profitability of promotions and give advice on improving the promotional strategy. You will analyze the performance of the accounts based on commercial plans, sales data and historical data, identifying trends and developments and potential risks and opportunities. You should be able to think from the customer's point of view and focus on consumer behavior, to collect and analyze the right information. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and improving a number of reports. There is also scope for own initiatives, with the possibility of taking the lead in several projects. This internship is an ideal opportunity to acquire commercial finance experience at a major international company.

Qualifications/Requirements

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is ambitious & result focused and has strong communication skills, coupled with sharp analytical ability. So if you are someone who:

·  is a Master student or graduated (max. 3 months) with an affinity in Business Administration or Business Economics;
·  has strong analytical skills and can tell the story behind the data;
·  is accurate, analytical and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
·  has an assertive attitude, can start own projects - asks many questions and can work independently;
·  is ambitious, focused on results and has enthusiasm and positive attitude;
·  has the ability to navigate in a digital work environment;
·  is fluent in English, and has a good knowledge of Dutch or French;
