Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs anddrive operationalefficiencyandcontinuousimprovement

Ensure consistent service delivery ofagreed processandcomplete transactiontrackingto capture SLAs

Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunitiesin the assigned process

Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements

Partnerwith team toexecute plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processes

Represent technical, functional and customer perspectivewhen takingdecisions:Database requirements, integration of systems,internal clients and the broadershared services organization

Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issue resolution

Ensure smoothon-boarding, training, process and support documentation and aidsfor colleagues as needed

Ensure knowledge management platformis updated

If managing a team:

Ensure onboarding of team members and adequate staffing as needed to deliver services

Partner with colleagues to map career plans and talent movement as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

· 
HR Shared Services process and SLA managementexperience:5years

· 
Service managementand ticket management systemexperience

· 
Customer orientation

· 
Process management and continuous improvementwith a focus on optimization and productivity

· 
Ability to work with different geographies and cultural experience sensitivity
