The role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operatives who take pride in their work, ownership of their part of the production process and who are committed to delivering high quality products for our customers. Alongside your production tasks, you will be required to participate in the cleaning of the production facility with your team.
We are keen to find the right candidates who want to grow and progress within the company and receive training and development.

Salary: £19,000 per annum, plus £1,272 night shift allowance per annum.
Benefits: 6% Bonus, Company Pension Plan, Westfield Health Plan, Company Sick Pay and Income Protection Plan, Death in Service (all subject to length of service.)
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract and Hours: Full Time, Permanent role, working on a continental shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, rotating between 06.00am to 18.00pm day shifts and 18.00pm to 06.00am night shifts.

About you

You must have the ability to work safely, be quality conscious, adhere to good manufacturing practices, communicate effectively, work effectively as an individual and as part of a team, achieve the daily production plan, to use computerised systems.
Have a flexible attitude and approach to work, and be open to change.

Essential Criteria

Some experience of working in a busy production position, however full training is available for the right person who is willing to learn.
It is essential to have an above and beyond attitude which demonstrates the skills required for this role such as; having exceptional interpersonal skills, attitude, and ability to communicate clearly.
To be able to support others in the company at all time.

Desirable Criteria

You may have experience of the following: Production Operator, Production Operative, Machine Operator, Production Assistant, Operator, Support Technician, Production Engineer, Machinist, Technical Operator, Packer etc.
