Help ensure these activities by holding the commitments in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.

Prepare projects : participate in the upstream phase of the project

Participate in the validation-integration strategy and identify the risks

Implement automated deployment chains on all target environments (development, recipe, integration and support for the deployment for production).

Operationally manage the tests platforms (Integration, qualification and metrology) of Device management

Provide L3 support to OPS team

Develop expertise on a specific application/tools

Review and deliver the test reports to the business owners

Suggest and implement technical solutions for the defects identified (where ever possible)

Analyse quality of service and suggest improvements

Coach team members on technical and business knowledge of application(s)

Track and report project progress (actual and reforcast) against project plans

about you

Good in Shell scripting

Good in gathering and analyzing of various application log files / flows

Good in optimize the deployment process

Good in Technical De-bugging of the application Flows, Database records

Good in preparation of work load estimation in sync with the existing or projected road map

Good  in the preparation of risk assessment and update all stakeholders.

Efficiency and ability to follow processes

Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English

Customer centric approach

Problem solving and investigation capabilities

Ability to work with aggressive schedules

Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.

Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.

Strong ability to work autonomously to support the Deployment / L3 support activities for the customer

 

education, qualifications, and certifications

B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. / B.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent

 

Experience

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in System Integration

Good level of practiced technical knowledge.

Knowledge of technical integration and deployment

Good knowledge on Database Oracle (Mandatory) + My SQL

Knowledge on  load Balancers (F5,…), Firewalls (Juniper), Apache (Reverse Proxy), Tomcat (App Server), Web-sphere, Web-logic.

Knowledge of Linux operating systems / Unix and IP network

Knowledge of configuration management tools

Knowledge of Shell scripting language (Perl, Shell, Python)

Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Vmware)

Knowledge on Middleware : MQ series

Oral and written English

Knowledge on ITIL Service Transition. ITIL Foundation V.3 certification is a plus.

Knowledge on Devops and Agility

Capacity of analysis and synthesis

Mind openness proper to international team working

Autonomy, organizational capacity

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in cross

Writing of documents (English language)
