Job description



about the role

1) Designs, develops, codes, tests, and debugs complex system development, or makes significant enhancements to existing system
2) Conducts investigations and tests of considerable complexity
3) Troubleshoots complex problems and provides customer support for application issues.
4) Provide support to define reports for analyses as per requirements
5) Writing and updating technical draft documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, and training materials
6) Participates in other projects based on other tools as required
7) The ability to work closely with other software developers professionals and the customer community

about you

Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

5+ years of experience development in ServiceNow

Expertiese on declarative techniques - UI policy, system properties, email configurations, Roles, ACLs

Expertiese of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Workflow etc. and Javascript (MUST)

Expertiese of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc.

3 years of Integration Experience - JSON , XML , REST , HTTP

3 years of experience on integrations with different external systems, various integration mechanisms, APIs, authentication models (OAuth)

Proven experience as a technical leader with ability to understand requirements independently and architect, design and build the solution
Admin/Implementation certification preferred.

Passion for software development and problem-solving

Self-starter, quick learner

Strong written and verbal communication

Solid understanding of agile software development lifecycle

Expertise in Javascript is a huge plus
