about the role

·  Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
·  Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
·  Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
·  Coach team members in Agile frameworks
·  Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
·  Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
·  Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
·  Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
·  Help teams implement changes effectively
·  Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
·  Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
·  Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
·  Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

 

about you

·  Bachelors in engineering / MCA / Project management 
·  Overal 8 years IT experience with related 4+ years in Scrum role
·  Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
·  Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation
·  Technologies to be well versed with - Java, Java script , .Net , APIs Integration, ITSM   
·  SCURM certification (CSM) mandatory
·  ITIL Foundation certification mandatory
·  PMP / PMI ACP certification   nice to have
