about the role
Monitor the execution of the delivery roadmap
Assist with the logistics of internal (PD&L) and in-house (external vendors) training events.
For example, but not limited to: reserve and prepare rooms and equipment, liaise with external conference room providers if necessary, ensure that training support material is available, arrange lunches…
Make open programme bookings with training vendors for employees
Liaise with vendors, transmit joining instructions and any other relative information to employees, maintain training files for local country legal requirements
Update the course registration system with internal (PD&L) and in-house (external vendors) training course dates, and maintain course outlines for in-house (external vendors) training courses in Orange Learning
Handle employee training enquiries and requests.
Update training records in the appropriate tools.
Raise purchase orders for training and track approval
Manage Webex and Coopnet sessions for the Region and provide training.
Provide user support for SkillSoft enquiries.
Produce specific training reports as required
Participate in the continual improvement of working procedures
Participate actively to PD&L & Coordinators calls
Support the Regional manager in gathering training needs and analysis in the Region to meet the needs of the business and in preparing the yearly Regional Plan, the related delivery roadmap and the Regional Learning Business Reviews.
Invoice issues and liaising with accounts payable.
Marketing of our services digitally
As part of a global team, lead or participate in key strategic projects for PD&L
about you
Strong Excel and Word skills
Knowledge of Powerpoint
Good internet skills
Knowledge of Orange’s administrative and training tools is an asset (Orange Learning, Lotus Notes, PIMS, Centra, SkillSoft, etc)

experience in Training coordination, Training-related, HR, or Project Management fields required. International experience preferred.
