about the role

·  Provide presales design support for both new and existing customers requiring Orange Business Services Solutions in Service Management in support of sales. Approved proposals accepted by the customer resulting in business growth for Orange.
·  Support customer-facing team members to complete solution design validation and costing activities in the Service Management domain.Internal process adherence and approvals completed for inclusion in overall solution signoff and customer proposal.
·  Maintain a thorough understanding of the external tools that are required in conjunction with internal tools, systems, and processes to develop quality / approved technical proposals to customers. Consistent delivery of quality service to new and existing customers ensuring customer satisfaction ratings are met or exceeded.
·  Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of all Orange Business Services products, services, and solutions sets.Maintain and develop technical specialization and certifications.

about you

·  Fluent in English – including writing and presentation skills
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in global IT/Telecom
·  Minimum 3 years of operation management experience with Service Management focus
·  Experience of Service Level Management
·  Advanced knowledge in IT Service Management processes with practical experience in Event, Incident, Problem, Capacity, Change & Release, and Configuration Management
·  ITIL and/or SIAM certified
·  Process design experience (workflow, RACI) and e-bonding design.
·  Experience of Toolsets, for example:
·  ITSM: ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell…
·  Monitoring and Analytic: Solarwinds, Riverbed, ThousandEyes, Infovista, Splunk …
·  AiOPs: (Science Logic, Resolve, Optanix,…) tools
·  Sound commercial experience, ability to balance cost and quality
·  Ability to work under stress on tight deadlines
·  Ability to build trusted relationships with customer, suppliers and within organization
