about the role

• Drafting, legal examination and preparation for the conclusion of contracts, including:
o paid services (in the field of communications and IT, consulting, technical support, other professional services);
o contract (construction of communication facilities);
o sale, delivery, licensing;
o leases, interactions with owners of commercial real estate;
• legal examination of the conditions of tenders and auctions in which the company participates;
• structuring of transactions, planning stages and terms of approval;
• Verification of compliance of risks with company requirements;
• Legal support for the development of company products;
• Carrying out claims work;
• Development of standard forms of contracts and other documents.

about you

• Higher legal education, diploma of one of the leading Russian universities;
• Work experience of 3 years as a lawyer in an international company, preferably in the field of IT / telecommunications;
• Fluency in English (verbally and in writing), skills in drafting legal documents and negotiating in English;
• Proactivity, good communication skills;
• Experience in negotiating with contractors on the conclusion of complex transactions, the ability to comply with the interests of the company in the process of preparing and conducting negotiations and to find a compromise;
• Experience in participating in teamwork with documents, collective bargaining;

additional information

• understanding of international regulation in the field of communications and IT;
• practical experience with intellectual property;
• litigation practice

Fluent Russian and advanced English are must.
