about the role

What you will be doing:

·  Building hyperlinks and texts by maintenance and updating of existing content
·  Daily updating error analysis, feedback analysis and troubleshooting
·  Answering the employee feedback and tickets
·  Doing research on current processes in the support area
·  Ongoing identification of potential for improvement
·  Involvement in different project work.
·  Supporting the development of the region by partner’s platform.

about you

What we are looking for:

·  Strong command of English language
·  Knowledge of IT: basics of programming skills
·  Excellent analytical and logical skills
·  Customer focus and proactive
·  Flexible, open and team-oriented person
·  Open to changes and innovations
·  Strong communication, planning and organization skills
·  German language would be an advantage
·  Experience in the Technical Helpdesk, preferably in the field of customer care, would be an advantage.

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Knowledge Services Coordinator to work with our International Partners.

As Knowledge Services Coordinator you’ll be responsible for the proper deployment of processes in customer service in consideration of cost, efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

Also, you’ll be responsible for the editorial preparation and publication of new and existing content in English.
