about the role
Within a team of IT security specialists, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting network infrastructure security solutions:
Study, design and select the solutions, either vendor solutions or in-house custom solutions, create a PoC in labs.
Train end users, the Security Operation Center, and create documentation .
Manage dialog and escalations with our technology partners
Document all aspects of work done

Bilingual English / French .
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and respond to changing requirements and environment.
2+ Years of total IS/IT security experience in a multicultural organization.
Background in information security technologies and practices for both network and systems
Well-organized person with high level of autonomy and adaptability
Education: BS in Computer Science, or equivalent.

Technical skills required :
Open Source Software enthusiast (Linux, BSD, etc)
Development abilities : Python , REST, CI/CD environment
TCP/IP proficiency (Cisco, Juniper, Linux), routing, VPN,
Experience with security products : firewalls, IPS, SSO is a plus
Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.
Familiar with any sorts of commercial or OSS firewalls.
Networking or security certification is a plus.
Taste for threat response/ application vulnerability management.
