Job description



about the role

Provides overall leadership and management from a process perspective.

Design of the process and process objectives and Ensure the process is performed as designed

Ensure the identification of improvements for consideration in the design of Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) to further develop the process in terms of highest possible performance and value-add at lowest possible cost

Support and provide full integration with other IT Service Operations areas and the wider Technology Services team

Act as an escalation point for service governance issues and for Service Providers

Schedule and chair process Governance meetings

Participate in relevant Service governance meetings as required

Contribute to audits as required

Provide SME input and guidance to Service Operation entities

Coaches and teaches others about process concepts and solutions.

Identifies needed workshops and meetings as required to design and build Process solutions.

Ensure key partners/customers processes are integrated with the processes.

Define required budget of investments necessary to lead successfully the mission (tools, training, and audits)

Managing processes updating to be compliant with customer offers

Reviewing and measuring Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for each process with the respective process owner to ensure process effectiveness & efficiency

Managing service review meetings and associated actions plans

Managing customer satisfaction survey feedback and associated action plans

Being the main point of contact (POC) for the DGPO from other OBS entities

Contribute and Coordinate Process team on ISO 20K/27K, MTCS & SOC2

Orchestrate and consult Automation and Data Science running Agile Projects

about you

B.Sc. degree in Engineering or Computer science or equivalent with at least 7 years experience

Quality management experience

Project Management / coordination skills

Good knowledge of processes and tools Orange Business Services

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work in transversal mode

Curiosity and technical knowledge Cloud / Network / IT / Telecom

Certifications: ITILv3

Fluency in English is a must. French is a plus
