The position in a nutshell:

Core responsibility over a  variety of reporting tasks. Extracts,

compiles and interprets key operational and statistical data. Will be responsible

for the overall approach to reporting and analysis within Orange Money. Person

is expected to develop new processes to increase the effectiveness of reporting

and consolidate & maintain departmental reports used internally and externally

by parties such as to other departments and senior management.

Here's what you will have to do:

·  Extract, prepare and integrate data from multiple

sources;
·  Analyse key performance indicators and reports to

provide an accurate overview of business performance and raise awareness of

improvements areas to management;
·  Collaborate with Products Management, Sales, Risk and

Finance teams to understand and analyse data on individual and team performance;
·  Support the business in analysing various needs,

assessing capability gaps and defining the solution approach and business scope;
·  Support the campaign target setting process, measure

the impact of campaigns and report to Management. Furthermore;
·  Develop meaningful Dashboards for reporting to

Management & Board;
·  A solid understanding of data security and privacy;
·  Fine tune

target market and customer segments, measuring the Propensity to buy;
·  Measure

and feedback effectiveness of marketing campaigns performed;
·  Continuously

assess the channels suited, product offering & pricing;
·  Continuously

·  Identify

new developments, resources and trends in the area of market research,

industry analysis and information resources to enhance BI capabilities;

What are we looking for?

·  University degree in IT /Mathematics or Economy
·  Good understanding of BI tools and practices
·  Advanced MS Excel / Access analytics, charts, pivots,

lookups, queries
·  Knowledges of SQL
·  Experience with Tableau / Power BI is preferred
·  Skills of communication, planning & prioritisation

·  Proficiency in English
·  Customer

and market  oriented
·  Ability to

combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge
·  Ability to

develop and evolve long term strategies while driving tactical projects
·  Works

effectively in pressured situations
·  Comfortable

in fast paced environment
