Business Intelligence - Developing and delivering strategic recommendations on market insights through analysis and reports.
Monthly Business Reviews – helping actively on the Voice section of the monthly BR with focus on main stories to share in terms of performance and market news including deep-dive analysis of key flows of traffic.
Outsourcing Deals – key member of the Outsourcing Deals core team, providing weekly performance review and recommending action plans to be executed by operational teams.
Corridors – tracking corridor performance and follow closely leads generated in the business regarding corridor opportunities.
Voice Budget construction – helping in the construction of the yearly budget exercise translating conceptual hypothesis into actionable plans and strategies.
France Incoming Aggregation – follow-up closely the evolution of France incoming traffic aggregation, including market share analysis, origin tracking to optimize offers in the market and support operational teams decisions based on expertise acquired.
Forecasting – contributing to the monthly voice forecast working together with Finance teams in order to report to management of landing point figures based on positive and negative factors impacting the overall trend.
Action Plan ownership – generating ideas, driving action plans, tracking and reporting on performance.
Margin Controls – making sure that internal tools report accurate data regarding margin, cross-checking with deal submission information and contract process validation.
Internal Communication - development and maintenance of existing good working relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify and exchange on emerging needs and business challenges in the market.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree holder on Business, Economics and/or Marketing;
3+ years of experience in the telecom wholesale voice industry;
English language skills at professional level; French desirable
Commercially minded with a deep understanding of the B2B telecom business;
Strong knowledge of data analytics tools, mainly Microsoft Excel.
Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit;
Must be able to initiate and establish executive level rapport with internal stakeholders;
Excellent reporting and presentation skills;
Highly numerical with a knack for spotting trends, outliers and oddities. Excellent working relationships with commercial, finance, operational and marketing teams
Result oriented with high commitment, resilience and a positive attitude;
Experience working in international organizations with cross-functional teams;
Willing to travel occasionally to Paris;
