Mission
You will integrate into the ODDO BHF International Banking team (40 people). ODDO BHF’s International Banking Division is a renowned, dynamic and modern market player in trade and export finance. The team takes care of relationships to European Exporters and Emerging Markets Financial Institutions and Corporates. You will work in a team of highly skilled and committed colleagues and be particularly in charge of support of export finance and preexportfinance. More precisely, you will have the following missions:
- Support of the responsible product managers for trade and export finance with direct access to clients and ECAs by
- Structure and prepare financing proposals,
- Prepare applications with European ECAs and supporting internal credit applications,
- Prepare loan documentation and work on waiver requests, and
- Apply for external refinancing with special ECA refinancing programs
- Contribute to sales campaigns including co-ordination and organization of trainings for international clients
- Support set-up with French exporters and Bpifrance as well as Belgium exporters and Credendo
- Support set-up with French exporters and Bpifrance
Profile
- Successfully completed university/grandes ecoles studies in economics or business (Business schools, IEP Paris, Dauphine)
- Good knowledge and appetite for international trade, macroeconomics and financial analysis
- Basic knowledge of core products, i.e. letters of credit, guarantees, international payments and Export Credit Agency business
- Initial experience in international organizations/financial institutions
- Excellent client servicing behavior with professional counterparties in France and in Emerging Markets
- A clear commitment to service performance with a clear willingness to get things done combined with cross-cultural management skills
- Very good ability to work latest versions of MS Office and particularly with xls and proprietary IT systems, hence an affinity to work on the detail
- Good presentation structuring skills, especially in powerpoint
- Competent appearance combined with very good verbal and written expression skills, good team integration track record
- Fluent knowledge of the English and ideally of the German language as well as another language spoken in Emerging Markets (Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Mandarin, or other).
