We are seeking a Workplace Space Planning Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of space planning projects and workplace occupancy throughout Netflix’s growing real estate portfolio in Los Angeles.  The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. 
·  The candidate will be responsible for assisting and coordinating the execution of projects related to Netflix’s real estate and workplace operations. Projects include space upgrades, employee moves, wayfinding upkeep, and other related workplace strategy initiatives. 
·  Address day-to-day requests and medium to long term projects in collaboration with other Netflix Workplace Operations teams such as Employee Technology, Construction, and Site Operations.
·  Support the maintenance of room and space occupancy records within the system of record.  
·  Manage and execute space surveys for validation and update of occupancy metrics. 
·  Create presentations and communications for highly visible projects for a wide range audience (ie: senior leadership) containing but not limited to workplace standards, agile work environments, and complex phasing. 
·  Assist with the building and maintenance of relationships with end users.
